10 am – 12 pm

  • Join us at 10 am in the Wellings Atrium for a warm welcome and goodie bags!
  • Discover the art of making great smoothies with Tracy Reid and sample her favourites
  • Improve your mobility and fitness with Penny McRae in the Wellings Gym

  • Demonstration on how to effectively use the Wellness Apps
  • Wrap up a fantastic day of learning and fun with guided meditation.
